8% of base ManaInstant cast 3 min cooldown
Reduces all damage taken by 65% and increases resistance to Dispel mechanics by 65% for 8 sec.
priest spell changed.
The cooldown has been reduced to 1 minute and you can now cast the spell on a friend up to a 20yards range.
