资料片的新信息。关于SOV-复仇的具体测试
Short Version: Its awesome as a workhorse damage seal and has its place in tanking, support melee dps for small/mid/large group play, and solo'ing. For Paladins who wish to do damage and haven't yet found a good two-hander to get big SoComm numbers with, this is the Seal to run with. Its a seal that is suitable for all specs.
主要的:它作为一个TANK技能来说还是不错的,同时也能大中小的团体战斗提供物理攻击,或者是SOLO。对于那些没有好的双手武器却想好好输出的PAL来说,SOV就是很适合的技能了。

Seal of Vengeance: Rank 1
212 Mana (5/5 Benediction cost)
Instant cast
Fills the Paladin with holy power, granting each melee attack a chance to cause 120 Holy damage over 12 sec. This effect can stack up to 5 times. Only one Seal can be active on the Paladin at any one time. Lasts 30 sec.

Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy, instantly causing 120 Holy damage per application of Holy Vengeance.

Note: The damage in the builds I played is increased from the amount listed on the website.

General Mechanics
- The debuff proc rate is based on proc per minute (PPM) instead of a percent chance. Favors slower weapons: I was getting a proc on nearly (nine out of ten) swings on a 3.4 speed.
- The proc rate favors mid-slow speed weapons. I have found that a 3.4 speed 2hander will get you an application on nearly every swing.
- The 12 second timer for the debuff refreshes on every new application, even beyond the 5 cap.
- The DoT does damage on a 3 second tick.
- The DoT cannot crit nor procs JoWisdom.
- Judging does not consume the stack, so you can reseal Vengeance and maintain your 5 stack till your next Judgement.
- The Judgement crits at a rate of x1.5 like a spell. Whether it uses melee or spell crit chances is unknown to me atm.
- The DoT gains about 17% of your Spell Power effects.
- The Judgement gains about 43% of your Spell Power effects.
- Spell Power effects only take the entire stack into consideration when adding in its coefficient as opposed to each separate application within the stack.
- When multiple Paladins are involved, it acts much like the Mage's Ignite debuff. Meaning, whichever Paladin gets his debuff off first, the stack will belong to that Paladin, as well as the damage of the DoT.

-DOT效果是3秒生效一次。
-DOT不能爆击也不能触发智慧圣印。
-审判不会消耗DOT。。。。(逆天。。),所以你只要不断保持效果触发,就可以在审判CD一到就审判600伤害!(赞!!)
-审判爆击现在是1。5倍(不好。。),当然我还不知道现在是看物爆还是法爆还是其他什么的。(但天赋加成依然很可观)、
-DOT加成是17%左右。
-审判加成是43%左右。
-法伤只会按系数加成到整个伤害效果中,而不是按照每一叠来计算加成效果。(法伤BUG流败了。。。)
-当多个PAL同时用这个技能的时候,它和法师的点燃一样来作用。意思是,无论哪个PAL先触发,以后这个效果和伤害都是按照他的装备和天赋来计算。

General Impressions
In its current form, an excellent any-use damage seal. Its great for melee'ing Holy Paladins with ample amounts of Spell Power gear, Protection Paladins for aggro generation, and undergeared Retribution Paladins who haven't yet found that certain special 2hander. From the tests I have ran with it, its damage is like giving a Paladin its own SW:P and Mindblast all in one Seal/Judgement combo.
简单说来,这个技能实际还是很好的。对于法伤骑士TANK骑士和那些还没找到好双手的惩戒骑士来说,它是很棒的攻击方式。我一直在用他,它的伤害给PAL的伤害或者是审判连招带来了一个冲击!
The main aspect of this Seal is that it takes a while to get its momentum up and going (about 2 Judgement cycles for me), but once it does its momentum carries through very well. The aspect of the stack not being consumed in the Judgement casting means that you can keep up a 5 stack as long as you need and have a hard hitting Judgement vs. that particular mob. Its also the easiest amount of medium/large damage I have been able to put out as opposed to getting a high JoComm crit. Just stack it up to 5 and Judge, and you have 1k or more potential crits every 8 seconds. I find that, with my current gear, I have to coax JoComm into giving me a good healthy burst. SoVen made it come easy for me.

The highest tick of the DoT I have seen me do is about 265/tick, and I have had the Judgement crit for as high as 1450ish. Usually, with my 3.4 speed 2hander, I can get a 2 or 3 stack before second Judgement (I usually put op a JotC or JoW when heading into a fight), then have the full 5 stack by third. After 16 seconds into the fight, I have my momentum established and Im all set to rock. By momentum, I mean the healthy-sized JoVen Judgements that you can perform from then on out, giving you some good bursts of damage every 30 seconds or nice sustained dps if you judge ever 8.

The difficulty with the Seal is that it takes a while to ramp up all 5 applications (about 15-18 seconds for me), and keeping the applications on the mob can be a fragile affair if the mob uses multiple forms of stuns/knockdowns/interrupts. Its not made for short-term fights, but more for fights that are bound to drag on for a long amount of time. In short, it will see great use in solo and large group pve, but has a hard time to get use in pvp. Its a Seal with very dependable damage if you can maintain the stack, and lends itself greatly to the support melee playstyle as the DoT is set-and-forget (allowing you to burst out some heals once in a while).

When multiple Paladins use it, the debuffs stack in the same manner as the Mage's Ingnite. The good part about this is that it becomes tremendously easy for a stack to stay up on a target, and the stack will reach its 5 limit fairly quickly where each Paladin will be able to enjoy large Judgement amounts nearly right off the bat. The drawback about this is that each of the other Paladins are cheated on their potential damage for the DoT, and the theoretical damage against the mob is not nearly what it could be (3 paladins @ 250/tick each will only get a max collective 250/tick total instead of a potential 750/tick total). While this means that it becomes easier to maintain the stack for a tanking Paladin, it also means that the other Paladins are kind of cheated out of their damage.
但多个PAL使用的时候,DEBUFF叠加效果和法师的点燃很相似。好处是它很快就能叠满5个,然后PAL们都能享受它带来的额外的伤害。缺点就是剩下PAL们都被说明欺骗了,理论上它能造成的伤害和实际完全不一样(理论上是250/跳的3个人叠加后应该是750,但实际上还是250/跳,也就是说250/跳只会算到第一个人的伤害输出里,其他2个人不算))同时也意味着对于TANK骑来说要保持叠加状态更容易,也意味着其他骑士要牺牲下在伤害输出里的排名了。。

Any speed enhancing effect (other than a mount) fails when the target is judged with justice.
关于公正审判:任何加速效果(当然不算坐骑)在被审判了正义了之后都会失效。

So if you are a level 50 paladin with pursuit of justice and carrot on a stick, with mithral spurs on your boots, and a blood knight judges justice on you as you ride by, your mount moves at 100% normal unmodified non-epic mount speed.
所以如果你是一个有正义追击的并且带了棍子上的萝卜的50级的PAL,脚上FM了秘银马刺,然后血骑在你骑马的时候审判了你公正,你就会以100%的额外的正常坐骑速度前进(天,为什么要专门说血骑。。)(坐骑本身的加速不影响,但额外的FM之类的效果就不行了。)
It works in a similar way for landspeed. You cannot judge justice and pop a swiftness potion for example (well, you can pop the potion but it will do nothing).
跑步速度也一样。比如你在被审判了公正之后,你将无法通过迅捷药水来加速(你可以吃下去,但是它不会有效果。)
